Because
I am an student, maybe I should talk about education, and that matters to me a
lot because I'm a scholarship student, but there's something else I want to
talk about; sexual orientation discrimination. Think of that reminds me a
Morgan Freeman meme that I saw one time and it said: "I hate the word
homophobia. It's not a phobia. You are not scared. You are an asshole" and
I think to myself " I think we are
free to love, AS LONG AS NOBODY GETS HURT everything should be fine( about the
age I argue differently...but that's another story) and perhaps I'm
discriminating you because you don't accept gay community. As I think love has
no face, you think marriage can only take place between men and women".
That is the opinion of too many people (about marriage), but I can´t think
being tolerant with that kind of judgment...it's like race discrimination. It's
shocking for me when I hear people saying that "being gay is
unnatural" There're too many worrying things in the world that can be
called "unnatural" like abuse, unhappiness, hate, war, injustice. What
those four guys did to Daniel Zamudio is unnatural.
It is not natural think you live to work and
that find happiness have to do with material progress. Some of that people argue that being gay is
unnatural, first, because that kind of relationship doesn't produce life. In my
opinion, think that procreating is the ultimate purpose, is a little archaic.
So, couples with fertility issues are unnatural? Couples that decided don't
have children are unnatural? As well as straight couples can adopt, then
shouldn't be problems for gay couples to do the same. I think LOVE and HAPPINESS
are the ultimate purpose. Give and receive love is the key of happiness.
